A signature pour your competitors cannot serve.

Tachet brings a one-of-a-kind beverage to your menu: a thousand-year-old fresh palm juice, frozen at -18°C, thawed for service. Distinctive, story-rich, and unavailable anywhere else — yet. Available to a selective group of restaurant, bar, hotel, and catering partners.

001 — Why on the menu

A drink that does the talking when the server walks away.

Every restaurant needs at least one menu item the guest cannot get anywhere else. Tachet is that item — a heritage beverage with proprietary stabilization that no competitor venue can serve until Tachet ships to them. It is the bottle that earns the table-side story, the spirit that anchors the cocktail list, and the alcohol-free option that does not look like a punishment.

  • 01 Differentiation that lasts. Proprietary preservation means no parallel product on competing menus. Years of category exclusivity, not weeks.
  • 02 Premium pricing capacity. Heritage, scarcity, and clean-label functional credentials all support a price ceiling well above coconut water or kombucha.
  • 03 Cultural anchor for diaspora concepts. If you serve African or Caribbean cuisine, Tachet is the missing beverage. Real palm wine — the way it was meant to taste before fermentation set in.
  • 04 Alcohol-free that still has a story. Tachet Zero gives sober-curious and observant guests a premium pour that is not a sad mocktail.
002 — On the pass

Six ways to serve it.

Pour 01

Tachet Neat

Chilled in a flute or coupe. 900ml shared at table. The simplest, most powerful introduction — the drink doing its own work.

Pour 02

The Tachet Spritz

Tachet Zero, sparkling water, lime, ice. Brunch hero. Wedding favourite. Sells itself in summer.

Pour 03

Mount Fako Old Fashioned

Tachet Original, aged rum, demerara, single dash of bitters. Heritage cocktail with a backstory worth telling.

Pour 04

Buea Sunrise

Tachet Zero, fresh orange, dash of grenadine, ice. The brunch staple your alcohol-free guests will actually order again.

Pour 05

The Matango

Tachet Original, ginger, lime, honey, soda. A grown-up house cocktail with the heritage name printed under it on the menu.

Pour 06

Tachet Pairing

Glass pour ($/£/€ premium). Pairs especially with grilled fish, suya, jerk preparations, ndolè, peppered seafood, and yam.
