Investors

Be part of something big.

Tachet is creating a new global beverage category from a thousand-year-old African tradition — with proprietary IP, regulatory clearance, and a clear go-to-market path through the global diaspora. We are talking to a small number of strategic and aligned investors. If that's you, we'd like to know.

001 — The thesis

A genuinely first-of-category product.

Tachet is the only fresh palm juice commercially available in the world. The proprietary stabilization is patent-pending and replicates nothing currently on the market. The product has FDA registration, ANOR approval, and GMP compliance. The cultural footprint behind it spans a thousand years and four continents.

The closest market parallel is coconut water. That category built a five-billion-dollar global market by bottling a tropical, hydrating, naturally functional heritage drink. Palm sap is all three, and has been for far longer. Tachet enters the same retail set with a deeper tradition behind it and no direct competition. We are building a category, not chasing one.

i.
Category position
First
Only commercial fresh palm juice in the world. No direct competition on any retail shelf, globally.
ii.
IP moat
Proprietary
Cold stabilization process that halts native fermentation without pasteurization or preservatives. Patent-pending.
iii.
Tradition
1,000+ yrs
Cultural footprint across West Africa, Caribbean, and South Asia. Built-in consumer recognition in priority markets.
iv.
Regulatory
Cleared
FDA registered. ANOR approved. GMP compliant. Ready to ship under audit-grade documentation.
002 — Why now

Four tailwinds, one moment.

Tachet is not entering a market. It is entering a window. Four structural shifts have aligned over the last five years to create the conditions where a heritage African beverage can become a global category brand. That window did not exist before. It will close as competitors copy.

  • 01 Functional beverage growth. The fastest-growing segment in global CPG. Premium pricing capacity. Clean-label requirements that Tachet already meets natively.
  • 02 The diaspora consumer. The African and Caribbean diaspora is the fastest-growing premium-grocery segment in UK and French specialty retail. Tachet is the only category-defining heritage drink built for that customer.
  • 03 The cultural moment. Afrobeats global, jollof on Vogue, Nigerian and Cameroonian creatives leading global design conversations. Tachet sits inside this wave, not adjacent to it.
  • 04 Cold-chain maturity. Frozen logistics into diaspora retail is now solvable in our priority markets. The moat that kept palm sap local for a thousand years is no longer the moat that keeps Tachet from scaling.
003 — Roadmap

Four phases. One category.

The capital we are raising funds disciplined expansion across four phases. Each phase generates the sell-through data that unlocks the next, with no phase committed until the prior one proves out. This is category-building, not category-betting.

Phase 1 · 2026
Anchor in Cameroon
Premium retail and foodservice in Douala, Yaoundé, Buea. Establish sell-through baseline and operational rhythm.
Phase 2 · 2026–27
Diaspora entry
UK, France, Belgium, US through African and Caribbean grocery channels. Build culturally-receptive demand base.
Phase 3 · 2027–28
Wellness specialty
Functional drink retail, premium grocery, and specialty wellness channels. Cross over without losing the origin story.
Phase 4 · 2028+
Mainstream & extensions
National grocery chains. Line extensions: flavored variants, RTD cocktails, larger formats, foodservice-led innovation.
004 — Team & operations

Built in Buea. Run by people who know palm.
